How to: Rotate text within a cell.
Solution:
Select 'Cells...' from the 'Format' menu, click the 'Alignment' tab, and select the desired option from the 'Orientation' group.
1) Select the cell containing the text to rotate.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Cells...'. (The Format Cells dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Alignment' tab.
4) Select the desired option from the 'Orientation' group.

5) Click 'OK' to save the change and close the 'Format Cells' dialog box.
